I have been taking my BMW to Central Import for over ten years now, pretty much after the dealer warrany expired. And at the beginning I wondered disdthese guys have the technical equipment to do the work a dealer could do. I needn't have worried. My car now has almost 250,000 KMs on it and I know absolutely, without Central Imporl Looking after it it would have been scrap long ago. I believe I get all the expertise that the original dealer could give me and It's a lot less expensive. Expert service for European models, though you do wind up paying more than a normal mechanic. But you get a normal mechanic to work on your BMW and a lot of times they can make problems worse, or just not find the issue. You're paying for specialized knowledge here.

I have been going here the last year to service my bmw. I’ve done oil changes, vehicle diagnostics, replaced a lamp, and done a safety with them. Desmond and the team are honest and have very fair prices (especially given they’re in the downtown location). I drop off my vehicle at the start of the day and pick it up at the end of the day. They are very communicative through the whole process and give you updates as necessary. They even follow up later on to make sure things are still good. For those of you who work in the core, there is the street car stop right across from them.

I used to take my Porsche to the dealership for maintenance and I got tired of inflated fees. I decided to give Central Import a shot and it's been a great experience ever since. I use Central Import as my Go To Mechanics for my Audi S5 because the service I receive there is EXCELLENT. Desmond and his mechanics are informative , knowledgeable and honest . I had an issue with my Audi S5 that other shops ( and Audi Service Dept.) couldn’t figure out and Desmond and his mechanics found the issue and fixed it. The car runs great . Really Happy with the results. They really do , good work over there.I left there with Peace of Mind and confident in the work they did. I highly recommend Central Import to everyone !!!!
