Brought C300 Benz to Central for the first time to have the front axle shafts replaced and they quoted me a fair price. When they began work they kept calling me back with bad news. Terry was empathetic and explained everything clearly and laid out all my options. Ultimately, what would have been $3200 job ended up costing close to $6000. It would have been even more but Terry, found ways to save money and offered me some discounts on labour if I chose to get all the issues fixed at the same time. Work was done fairly quickly considering I brought my car in around labour day weekend. Now my car is working just fine with no complaints. Even though I wasn't expecting to pay almost twice the price I was initially quoted, I still had a decent experience all things considered. I believe they were fair, honest and treated me with care. I would take my car back there again.

I had a great experience at Central Auto with my Mercedes ml350. The team was upfront, honest, and never tried to push extra services I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly and only recommended what was truly necessary for the car. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that values honesty over upselling. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

Had tons of issues with my breaks. They literally saved me thousands of dollars compared to dealer quotes and were very good with timing and communication. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and explained everything very clearly. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop. I will definitely be returning.

I use Central Import as my Go To Mechanics for my Audi S5 because the service I receive there is EXCELLENT. Desmond and his mechanics are informative , knowledgeable and honest . I had an issue with my Audi S5 that other shops ( and Audi Service Dept.) couldn’t figure out and Desmond and his mechanics found the issue and fixed it. The car runs great . Really Happy with the results. They really do , good work over there.I left there with Peace of Mind and confident in the work they did. I highly recommend Central Import to everyone !!!!

The team at Central import was extremely easy to deal with. My car went int for a full brake replacement and I got it back very quickly, as promised. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you’re tired of getting ripped off by dealerships
