Great comms and prices that were reasonable (car costs are never happy costs ;) ).
Quick turn around of a variety of tasks.
Terry and staff are great to deal with.
Top notch service and appreciate not needing to do more than necessary. Recommended.
Very good honest service at an attractive price.

I called Central Import 24 hours before a long road trip because my check engine light came on with a "drivetrain malfunction, transmission service required" warning. Terry told me to bring it right in, no hesitation.
A couple of hours later he called back. Everything checked out fine, safe to drive, no charge. On top of that, they washed the car before handing it back.
I've never had an experience like this at a garage. No upselling, no manufactured problem, just an honest check and genuine care about getting me on the road safely. Terry and the team at Central Import have earned a customer for life. Can't recommend them enough.
Wonderful, fast, and friendly service! They were incredibly helpful and able to assist me on such short notice.

Fantastic experience at Central Import. I came in to have a leak checked on my BMW and Terry and team were amazing - it ended up just being my AC leaking (normal) and I wasn't even charged. Will definitely be back if I have any other issues with my car. Thank you so much!
