I have been going to import auto for years. They know their stuff and are very thorough. They squeezed me in quickly as my needs were integral to me driving my car. I appreciate they are not pushy at all and are honest about what is a nice-to-have vs a need-to-have at each visit. I compared their last quote to another service provider and it was a big job (turbo charger replacement) and their quote was verified as fair and on standard.
